The Gandy papers consist mostly of negatives of commercial and aerial photography, but also includes prints and digital materials.  Only the negatives, which comprise the bulk of the materials, have been fully processed.

Collection of clippings, advertisements, brochures, and ephemera pertaining to international bathhouses, saunas, gyms, clubs, and other facilities that serve the LGBTQ+ community.

This collection traces the relationship between antiquity and popular culture through the usage of Classical imagery on the screen and stage. Materials in the collection include photographs (both color and black and white), postcards, advertising materials, and other visual art from the late 19th–early 21st centuries. Most images are American or European in origin, showcasing themes of antiquity, mythology, and literature. The film stills range from the early silent era to more modern Hollywood blockbusters, but also include televised movies and series. In addition to marketing images by studios, the collection also consists of rare behind the scenes images from film sets and creative departments. The stage works exhibited include theater, ballet, and opera.  Materials from this previously private collection have been curated and displayed at institutions such as the Tate Modern, Emory University, and the University of Oxford.

This collection consists of records related to the Kamlet Laboratory and its founders. Chemist. Jonas kamlet and his wife, Edna, founded The Kamlet Laboratory (1940-1979) in New York City. The laboratory's work centered on the research and development of new methods for chemical products as well as identifying interested clients and selling rights to them. The laboratory also provided consultation services to a variety of businesses. Included are: personal papers, correspondence, professional correspondence, magazine clippings, newspaper clippings, photographs, drafts, publications, advertisements, announcements, price quotes, technical reports, test results, and scrapbooks. The collection includes personal and professional correspondence, manuscript, and typescript drafts of approximately thirty books and short stories, biographical works, and some of personal logs.

The Sally Thompson collection consists of professional papers covering Thompson's career in environmental advocacy, public administration, and education. This collection consists of organizational documents, reports, periodicals, public awareness campaign materials, and other items related to environmental and conservation advocacy in Florida, with attention to the Tampa Bay area. Topics of interest include green spaces, urban planning, environmental policy and legislation, citizen activism, wildlife conservation, energy, hydrology, land management, and restoration projects.
