The American Association of University Women record group is a growing collection, with more branches of AAUW throughout Florida that will be added. Each collection within this record group is named after the branch it is from, with their following series detailing documents, images, and ephermera related to the series.

The bulk of this collection has been organized by Athletics sport then divided into series based on content type; the files within each series are then organized either chronologically or alphabetically. This collection also includes records from the Athletics Department, Athletics Booster Clubs, Cheerleading, and Intramural Sports. The structure for the Athletics series and Athletics Departmental Files is detailed below. The Cheerleading and Intramural Sports series share a similar organizational structure as the Athletics files, while the Athletics Booster Clubs series is just organized by each club.

The College of Professional Studies collection contains documents related to the programs and administration of the College. It also includes a some of the College's newsletters and clippings from the Southwest Florida newspaper, the News-Press.

The materials in this collection tell the history of the Fine Arts programs at Florida Southern College since 1923.

This collection contains documents, correspondence, and publications related to the establishment of a Distance Learning Program at FGCU and within the Florida State University System from 1993 - 2000.

The materials in this record group contain correspondence, photos, documents, and ephemera related to distinguished guests of the college who do not fall into the categories of Founders Day speaker or Honorary Chancellor, or who were not here as part of a larger program, such as the Festival of Fine Arts.
