Series I: Administrative Files, 1966-2013, consists of reports, plans, and correspondence within the Housing department and plans and reports issued by the university.
"Administrative Files" contains the bulk of administrative records from the AAUW Vero Beach Branch from its establishment in 1964 through 2016. This box contains (but is not limited to): Fundraising information, branch by-laws, endowments and scholarships, officer job descriptions and selection processes, president's papers, and tax status information.
Administrative records from 2000 to 2016 and a correspondence from 2020. The file contains yearly review summaries for 2001-2002, 2003, and 2005, development goals for 2008, a membership application, a list of auction donations, a development plan for 2011, a report on revenue from 2013 to 2015, and email correspondence regarding donations.
