Collections

The collection includes renderings of land use plans, mass transit and surface road plans; drainage and sewage plans, public hearing drafts, and notes from public hearings. Some printed items and publications have been removed from the collection and cataloged separately.

Collection includes documents, photographs, and artifacts related to Isidoro and Aida Vega. Most of the materials focus on the Aida Marina Gonzalez Vega family in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic during 1930s and 1940s, as well as Isidoro Sanchez Vega's military service in the United States Air Force, and their marriage in 1943.

This collection contains the official orders and other documents related to the service John F. Dunn who served as a pilot with the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II and his postwar service with Strategic Air Command and in Vietnam. The collection contains little personal correspondence, but does include photographs of Dunn's career and aerial maps of Japan from 1945. A set of maps of Japan also make up the collection along with a number of medals awarded to Dunn.

This collection consists primarily of research conducted by Hawes for articles that were published in the Tampa Tribune. The collection also includes some correspondence, newspaper articles, and items relating to the history of Tampa.
