This collection contains information regarding the Florida Citrus Exchange rules and packinghouses. It has various advertisements and historical reports. The bulk of this collection is made up of photographs, ranging from employees, Citrus Queens, and award ceremonies to groves, machinery and packinghouse exteriors and interiors. Many of these photographs are of individual counties' exchange offices. There are also several periodicals in this collection, such as the Seald-Sweet Scratch Pad. Overall, all the information contained in this collection focuses on Florida Citrus exchange history.

The materials in this collection reflect the creator's involvement with the Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) Fraternity while he was a student at Florida Southern College. The collection contains decals, news articles, photographs, and a lookbook that was created to support the chapter's initiation into the national fraternity. Of special interest is a scrapbook created by Mr. Black. The collection also contains correspondence related to chapter reunion dinners as well as a memento of the college in the form of a small, wooden replica of Annie Pfeiffer Chapel.

The collection consists of her 2019 reminiscences of her involvement in the 1969 Miss Southern contest. It includes the email of her memories, newsclippings, and a photograph saved and donated by the subject. Also included is correspondence between the subject and the Alumni Relations Department as well as the McKay Archives. This collection has been organized chronologically.

The materials in this collection reflect the subject's affiliation with the Haines City Citrus Growers Association and the broader citrus industry in Florida. Correspondence, newspaper articles, reports, and ephemera make up the bulk of the collection. Photographs are also present. Of special interest is the information on the relationship with the Duncan Hines Company as well as Florida Gift Fruit.

The collection contains maps of the shipyard buildings, circa 1945, invitations to ship launches, contract listings, newspaper clippings, and newspaper article reproductions.
