Files include special projects chaired by Dugan including the Academic Affairs Reorganization (2013-2014), the 2015 Scholarly Task Force, and the library portion of the reaffirmation of accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Universities. Additional topics include the Chester Davis Music Donation (2015), UWF library services to Eglin AFB, librarian emeritus status for Caroline Thompson, and information on every department and aspect of library operations.

There are issues of The Rolling W (Society of the 89th Division); there are a total of 38 issues from December 1982 to August 1997. There are 121 issues of the Stars and Stripes Mediterranean from 11 March 1944 to 27 March 1946. Ten issues of the Stars and Stripes from 3 January 1919 to 30 May 1919 are included as well. Finally, the collection contains 25 issues of The Flexigun (Buckingham Army Air Field, Fort Myers, FL) from 21 October 1944 to 31 March 1945, with an additional issue from 7 April 1947.
