This appears to be an interview/presentation by Theo D. Baars, Jr. on the history of the Baars Family in Pensacola.  He is introduced by James Coleman.  The videocassette is undated and untitled, except that it was initially done by the Instructional Media Center, University of West Florida (Tape No. S375), however IMC was disbanded before 2005.
