These audits cover various UCF departments, offices, and programs. The Outside Activities Audit folders contain a consensus of faculty and staff who have participated in volunteering or paid work outside of the university.

The subseries contains documents regarding former library directors. Lynn Walker served as the first director from 1966-1982. Anne Marie Allison took the role as Library Director from 1983-1996. Barry Barker was the director from 1997-2019. In 2021, the Library Director position was elevated to a Dean of Libraries position. Beau Case was the inaugural Dean of Libraries. From former director Walker there are photographs in box 8 that show (left to right) Arthur L. Ketchersid (Chief of Technical Services), L.W. Walker (Director of Instructional Resources), and Geraldine Snellings (Acquisitions Librarian) in 1967 at the FTU Library. Other materials included are budgeting, blueprints, cataloging, monthly reports, and other departmental activities. Under the Allison subseries, the LaBrake Project was to gather statistics from every state and their universities. This project was coordinated by the Statistics for College and University Libraries Committee, a division of the American Library Association.
