This collection includes framed and unframed posters, event advertisements, and administrative concession records from Bailey Hall during its active programming years in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Items include promotional posters for guest performances such as the Philadelphia Boys Choir, the Chinese Golden Dragon Acrobats, and illusionist James Randi, as well as concession documentation for Fiscal Year 2003 (FY03). Together, these materials highlight the hall's diverse programming and role as a cornerstone of both academic life and public culture at Broward College.

This collection contains official handbooks issued to Broward College faculty and staff from 1966 through 1993. Each edition details campus procedures, organizational charts, instructional guidelines, faculty obligations, and institutional governance frameworks. Some editions include departmental policies, personnel procedures, and reference appendices regarding student affairs, academic programs, and employee benefits.

This collection documents Grady Drake's professional and personal legacy at Broward College. It includes founding correspondence, contracts, awards, photographs, administrative records, annual reports, evaluations, community event memorabilia, retirement keepsakes, and personal notes exchanged with the first college president and other key figures. The files cover library development, faculty leadership, professional contributions, interaction with civic organizations, and Drake's ongoing relationships with colleagues from 1960 through his passing in 2019.

This collection contains program records, correspondence, promotional literature, itineraries, maps, articles, and reports related to the development and delivery of Broward College's international offerings. Topics include the Spain program, travel-study seminars across Europe and the Middle East, international business education, articles on academic partnerships, and first-person accounts of student experiences. This collection includes an extensive set of photographs and images curated by Paul Perone, documenting faculty and staff portraits, student life, institutional events, and community engagements. The images depict academic programs, ceremonies, performances, conferences, and outreach campaigns from Broward College's campuses between 1989 and 2002. Several boxes contain themed images—such as Bailey Hall performances, Downtown Campus development, and events like Chili Cookoffs, Student Life awards, and film festivals. Earlier and undated photos also include staff portraits and marketing sessions. Some missing boxes noted in the original inventory (Boxes 1, 4, 5, 8, and 12) were never transferred to the archives.
