The Audrey Peterman Collection documents the North Fork of the New River and development plans around the river in the 1990s and early 2000s. It contains oversize presentation boards with designs and photographs of the New River North Fork Master Plan dated 2003, a folder of materials related to the New River North Fork Initiative circa 1998-2000, one "Franklin Park Enhancement Plan" 1995, a folder of materials related to the Audubon Centers of Florida circa 2000, and newspaper clippings. The materials include plans and newspaper clippings discussing the development of the African American Research Library and Cultural Center (AARLCC).

The George W. Young Collection documents the activities of Fort Lauderdale contractor and engineer George W. Young. It includes building permits dating from 1912-1926 for buildings in Idlewyld, Navarro Isle, Croissant Park, Fort Lauderdale, Rio Vista Isles, Colee Hammock, Lauderdale Shores and Nurmi Isles. It also contains blueprints of alterations to the Fort Lauderdale Woman's Club building designed by Robert G. Jahelka, and 1924 plaque from the Sunset building.

The Norman Johnson Collection documents the development of Sunrise Golf Village and the City of Sunrise from 1960 to 1964. It contains 3 large aerial photographs of Sunrise; 1 real estate promotion brochure titled "Better Living Begins in Sunrise"; 1 Sunrise Golf Village scrapbook; and 1 advertisement with text "Upside-Down House Moved to New Location".

The South Bank Apartments Collection contains newspaper articles, photographs, and photographic negatives dating from 1963 to 1965 documenting the development and construction of the South Bank Apartments located at 601 North Rio Vista Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
