The 1947 Flood Collection contains 7 photographs of downtown Fort Lauderdale affected by floods caused by hurricanes.

The Anthony Kozla Collection contains 469 photographs Anthony Kozla took during his professional life and personal activities. These photographs include portraits of groups, individuals, and national and local celebrities. They are also a good source for documenting Fort Lauderdale's local life from the 1930s to the mid-1950s through events, pictures of local communities, and recreational activities. The Anthony Kozla Collection also helps understand the evolution of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County's urban development with 101 aerial views and photographs of buildings and streets.

The Audrey Raglin Collection contains 14 photographs and a commemorative hand fan from the First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale's 75th anniversary on May 23, 1982. Eight photographs are of the 1947 Flood after a hurricane. Six photographs show various locations in Fort Lauderdale including the Navy base at Port Evergaldes, Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Governor's Club Hotel, Andrews Avenue, and the Fort Lauderdale Post Office.

The Benjamin H. Nahabedian Collection consists of nine photographs and six postcards. Several photographs depict hotels in Fort Lauderdale and East Las Olas following a hurricane. The collection also includes images of the Pan American Airport in Miami and canal scenes from Fort Lauderdale.

The Betty Cobb Collection contains 11 photographs of the 1947 flood, the 1948 edition of Moninger's Guide to Fort Lauderdale, and menus for The Turf Cocktail Lounge.

The Chapman Collection contains 25 photographs dating from circa 1900 to 1959 of the Thomas Henry Chapman family and of Pompano Beach, Florida. It includes images of early Broward County railroads, damage from the 1926 hurricane, and various agricultural crops and locations, including the Chapman's tomato-packing plant and the pepper field. It also includes photographs of early residents of Pompano taken in the 1950s.

The Clyde Brown Collection contains 55 photographs of Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale, and Hollywood, Florida from 1915 to the 1940s.

The Esther Ellen Crabtree Paulson Collection contains 16 black and white photographs documenting properties damaged by the 1926 hurricane in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It includes images of the Maxwell Arcade, the Byran Arcade, and the Crabtree family home.

The Giles Photograph Collection contains 6 photographic postcards. Five are panoramic postcards that depict the destruction of Miami in the wake of the 1926 hurricane. The sixth postcard is a picture of the Hollywood Marimba band circa 1925-1926.
