Benjamin Nahabedian (1938-2022) was a South Florida entrepreneur and business manager best known for founding Demolition & Estate Sales in Fort Lauderdale in 1992 with his wife, Liz Johnson. The company specialized in salvaging architectural elements—such as windows, doors, lighting, and cabinetry—from homes scheduled for demolition, offering unique and upscale items to homeowners and designers.
