The Bank of America Black American Sheet Music Collection consists of approximately 4000 pieces of published sheet music created, performed, or published by African American musicians in the nineteenth or twentieth centuries or that portrays African American themes during these periods in the United States.

Sheet music collection began by William Ezra Green and Nellie Blanche (Gisburne) Green at the turn of the twentieth century. The two performed together in Washington DC as a duo before relocating to Cleveland in the early 1900s. The collection was continued by their granddaughter, Gloria Marvin, who donated the collection.
