The records are organized into a series. Series 1 is organized by subject, while Series 2 is organized alphabetically. The first series, Organizational Records, contains information on the Alliance, its founding, by-laws, membership lists, executive and general meeting notes/agendas, and other general records. The second series, Activities, includes information on activities that the Alliance has held. This includes information on contests and winners, fairs and other events, newspaper clippings, and thank you notes to guest speakers. The collection initially contained copies of The Wordsmith, but they have been removed from this collection and cataloged separately.
