Other materials include U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity reports, U.S. Housing and Urban Development applications for community block development funds, affirmative action plans, annual budget and audit reports, and federal revenue sharing applications. Additional files cover the 1959 extablishment of at-large voting; campaign disclosure files for Louis L. Brown, Peter Gindl, Charles E. Deese, Kenneth J.
