Complete; A number of Hillsborough County Public records have been de-accessioned. A list of what has been de-accessioned may be found in the finding aid.

Arrangement:

Divided into the following four series: grant application; A Records: Hospital; C Records: Documented History; and D Records: Affidavits.  The donor marked the records A through D and provided captions for the records.  The grant contains records and correspondences dealing with the acquisition of the grant as well as how the grant money was spent.
