Scope and content:: The 1964-65 Annual Report of the NPPA (National Press Photographers Association) TV/Newsreel Committee details the yearly competitions that are held throughout the year. Charles Ray helped with the juding of newsreel and promoting the growth of the association.

Parent terms of access:: Charles Ray will retain copyright in pepetuity. The collection will be held in trust by the university for 10 years. FGCU has full ownership of collection as of 2012.
