Scope and content:

Series consists of documents, photographs, audiovisual materials and ephemera regarding Ray's professional  life.  The first part of the series, documents, is arranged chronologically, followed by photographs, which are arranged alphabetically by subject. The third part of the series, audiovisual is organized format. The last part of the series consists of ephemera. Oversized items, including large print photographs are at the end of the series.
