Record Group consists of documents, photographs, and ephemera regarding Advancement and Communications and Marketing, 1997 to 2020.  The record group consists of 3 series, Promotion and Event Materials, Departments, and Press. Each series is arranged alphabetically by subject and chronologically therein.  Large, oversized materials are at the end of each series.

Processing information:

This portion of the Office of University Advancement Record Group (01-04) existed prior to 2022. Beginning in May 2022, University Archives received several large accesions from various offices that are part of University Advancement (Speecial Events, Marketing, etc.). Based on these new accessions separate, more discrete collections were created, but this legacy collection was maintained.
