The framed picture collection represents the inventory of framed materials owned by Special Collections that are not parts of other manuscript collections. These materials may be located in the Department or may be on display throughout the University Library. All items are indexed through the Special Collections card catalog with appropriate inventories and accession records maintained by the department.
Items #1-5--Each is a framed color photograph of a UWF faculty member who served as a University Marshal, 1968-1980. Photographs are labeled, mounted with plexiglass in wood frames, size of each is 11" wide by 13" high. Received as a box from Dr. William S. Coker, November 1986. (at time of inventory, there are two extra frames in the box)

Access and use
- Restrictions:
Open to researchers, dependent on our compliance with U.S. Copyright Law, HIPPA requirements, donor agreements and other applicable state and federal statutes. Occasionally we may need to review a collection before permitting immediate access.
- Terms of access:
Digital photography, scanning, and photocopying of materials is prohibited. Permission may be granted by the Special Collections Librarian for such reprography dependent on issues of copyright, ownership, condition, donor agreements, etc. In general, staff do not make reproductions of copyright materials or materials for which title is not owned by the institution. Recent revisions in the U.S. Copyright Law extended the copyright of correspondence, letters, and other personal papers to the life of the author plus seventy years.
