- Processing information:
Records were retained as received, in the order kept by the business (date of service/burial), with some weeding of duplicate and non-essential materials. The inventory of the collection lists for each folder its box, folder number, first name, last name, and date of burial or service. This was done in an Access database which has allowed us to alphabetize the 2,115 files and place that inventory online.
- Arrangement:
Chronological according to service or burial date.
