- Scope and content:
The collection has been divided into the following two series: Crystal River Land Acquisition Records and Pool Construction. The collection contains deeds, blueprints, a scrapbook of correspondences and newspaper clippings.
- Biographical / historical:
Fred and Mildred Adair bought land in Crystal County and Citrus County, on which they built a community pool. Mildred Adair was a member of the Beach Park Women's Club, and her club followed the acquisition of the pool by Hillsborough County and the construction of the pool very closely.
