This collection contains various labor and personal lawsuits and contracts against corporations such as American Airlines, Coca-Cola Company Foods, and Lee County Electric Cooperative. These lawsuits mostly deal with violations of worker rights as well as complaints against the parent companies for better wages, benefits, and work conditions under the right for all workers to form unions. Additionally, these documents include the agreements achieved, the alleged violations, and memorandums of understanding without the courts.

Collection includes original manuscripts of Cheney's work with her edits, book jackets and illustrations from the publications and book galleys. One manuscript is accompanied with a letter from Cheney and a newspaper clipping about her and her family.

This collection relates to Marine Captain Cornelius Thomas Duggins, Jr. and his time served during WWII as a Platoon Sergeant in the Pacific Theater of Operations. This collection includes letters, photos, and a signed Japanese flag, as well as documents relating to Duggins' postwar employment. Photographs depict Duggins and his fellow soldiers at Cherry Point as well as civilians in the Pacific Theater.
