This collection consists of 79 player piano rolls from the early 20th century. The collection includes works by Chopin, Debussy, Gilbert & Sullivan, Dvorak, Handel, and other composers.

This collection entails bargaining agreements, contracts, and complaints between the state and local police officers of Florida involving the Florida Police Benevolent Association, one of many labor unions involving police officers. Additionally, in this collection are listed manuals and demands during collective bargaining negotiations to ensure all police officers received fair pay, benefits, and pension.

The Polk County Fertilizer Company Collection is made up of photocopies of the fertilizer company directories, Polk County Fertilizer Company inventories, and an agricultural bulletin.

Notes and research files of James K. Polk used for writing his master's thesis, Pensacola Commerce and Industry, 1821-1860. Topics include railroads, slavery, brickmaking, sawmills, shipping, John Innerarity, Joseph Forsyth, Arcadia Mill, descriptions of Pensacola in the 1800s, and notes on businesses and trades in Pensacola, 1820-1860, and excerpts from the Pensacola Gazette.

The collection contains biographical information, childhood ephemera, personal and professional correspondence, awards and award nominations, diary pages, clippings, personal scripts and books, speeches, photographs, 1 large printed photograph, 1 large artistic sketch, 1 music box, 1 article of clothing, 1 audiobook on tape, 4 audio cassettes, 21 DVDs, 2 CDs, and 6 videotapes. Most items relate directly to Polly Holliday, though some items are tied to various members of the Holliday family, including clippings, photographs, documents, a uniform from her mother Velma Holliday, and diary pages from Polly's grandmother Bama Cain.
