The Mary Bethell Alfriend collection consists of typescript and holographic notes written on blue examination books for Juan Ortiz: Gentleman of Seville, published in 1940 by Chapman and Grimes.

F Club Songbook and (original and scanned copies of) photographs from Mary Buchanan Morehouse's years as an F Club Goat (new member) at Florida State University.

The Mary Cobb Nelson Scrapbook consists of photographs and ephemeral items related to her years as a Florida State College for Women student from 1923 to 1928.

These papers are official Confederate records of the hospitals in Georgia under the jurisdiction of Major George R. Fairbanks, Quartermaster, and some of his personal and family correspondence. The materials include budget and employment records, blank forms, inventory of money and effects of deceased soldiers, medical excuses and discharges, orders, passes, receipts, reports, requisitions and supplies, telegrams and transportation information.

Florida State College for Women in the 1920s" is a term paper written by Mary Ellen Smith in 1967 for her History 427 course. The paper is 15 pages long and includes footnotes and maps of the school from the 1920s. It contains information about the formation of FSCW, its location, and general information about student life.

The collection consists of photographs featuring the snowfall that hit Tallahassee in February 1958.
