Includes a preliminary water study for Gulf Breeze (1961), Heinberg's history of Pensacola Hospital (Sacred Heart Hospital), and publications, reprints of published articles and typescripts of medical research papers written by Dr. Heinberg.

Dr. Heinberg's scrapbooks chronicling his activities as first mayor of Gulf Breeze, Florida, with two scrapbooks concerning Liveoak Plantation, and Heinberg's personal history of his career as mayor.

The Helen and Adelaide Ferris Collection contains travel papers, passports, books, and brochures as well as artwork, and statues from a 1950 trip to South Africa taken by Port Everglades activist Helen T. Ferris (1917-2007) and Adelaide M. Ferris (1920-1973).

This collection of 11 pieces of published patriotic sheet music which belonged to Helen B. Mogle, who was 12 years old at the beginning of World War II.

This collection relates to Technician 3 Helen B. Strzelczyk who served with the United States Women's Army Corps during World War II in the Pacific Theater between June 1943 and November 1945. This collection includes a photocopy of a scrapbook, diaries and notebooks during Helen B. Strzelczyk's time in basic training and in serving in the WAAC, as well as several souvenirs during her time of service. Souvenirs include photographs taken in Old Bay, New Guinea and Manila, Philippines; Japanese issued Manila currency, newspapers, pamphlets and postcards. This collection also includes letters to Helen B. Strzelczyk from friends, co-workers, and other military members. Additional identification information and government issued documents are included in this collection.

Helen D. Nowels-Mark served in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps stationed in the North African and Pacific Theaters during the World War II. This collection contains letters sent to Helen D. Nowels-Marks from soldiers she had met at her various stations. They reflect the trials of long-distance love, the frustrations of war, and the relief at the war's end. Included in this collection are photographs and newspaper articles about some of her nurse friends, a picture diary, and her wedding in 1952.
