The first is a four-panel folded brochure published by the Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), titled "Florida Panther: Changing the way we all help protect Florida's wild treasures." The second is a tri-fold brochure published by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservationn Commission, titled "Guidelines for Protecting Florida Manatees."
