Folder includes correspondence, handwritten notes, Citizens' Advisory Committee meeting summaries, and questions.

Included in this folder are a newspaper regarding Ellingwood's service with the USS Forrestal in 1945, a small informational pamphlet and numerous newspaper articles about the Midway Islands, a pamphlet from 1955 about the Comissioning of the USS Forrestol, a list of the Laws of the U.S. Navy, and Ellingwood's Naval ID cards.

This folder mostly contains documents relating to tank units. There is a speech made by General Patton. It appears to be related to the invasion of Italy. There is a packet labeled "SGT. Fayne Haynes, 612 Tank Destroyer Battalion." This unit served in Scotland, England, France, Belgium, Germany, and Southern Holland. There is also another packet about the 612 Tank Destroyer Battalion, with much the same information as the first. There is a segment of a 1 July 2001 interview with Chester Bailes. The interview is not complete and has been written into third person paragraph form. Finally, there is a WWII Tank Destroyer Force description printed from the Tank Destroyer Society's website.
