The collection consists of minutes of regular and special meetings. The first series is regular meetings dated from January 20, 1949 to January 4, 2011. The second series is special meetings dated November 5, 1949 to April 30, 1958.
This collection contains both the weekly bulletins published as well as the annual special reports published each year. The collection has been organized chronologically with weekly bulletins first then annual reports.
