This collection contains information relating to Bert E. Roper's personal life, work life, and social work. It contains his many memberships in various citrus organizations as well as some of the projects he worked on for the Citrus Foundation, such as an advanced irrigation system. It also contains both records of his research and external studies he referenced. The bulk of the collection is focused on the welfare and faith life of the low-level citrus workers, specifically, those living in migrant communities. His correspondance details the work he and his network did in legal and professional fields to help the "citrus worker."
