Materials included in the Vintage Florida Postcard collection include postcards from regions spanning the State of Florida.

This collection related to Raymond Morton Borgman (U.S. Army 8th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division). Borgman served in the European Theater of Operations, first as a truck driver. The collection consists of documents related to the service of an American Army soldier, letters sent to his mother during World War II, and photographs taken during his service. The documents include his induction order, customs declaration, and discharge papers. The letters discuss his transit across the Atlantic Ocean, service in France in July 1944, and his time in hospitals in December 1944. The photographs consist of images of the soldier and his comrades during his military service.

This collection contains an assortment of personal belongings of Carlos Barnett and his family and their transition to the United States. This includes personal letters, immigration papers, photographs, negatives of photographs, obituaries, and personal mementos, including of religious beliefs.

This collection documents the functions and activities of the Florida Bandmasters Association. Included are governance-related materials such as constitutions and bylaws, as well as informational bulletins; financial records; minutes of state, district, and committee meetings; and correspondence to and from Association leadership. Of note for genealogists are annual membership directories and membership applications from the 1940 into the 1960s that include a resume and photograph of each applicant. The collection also includes detailed records of band contests and festivals, with records pertaining to the administrative and logistical efforts as well as results. Other documentary forms found in the collection are a small number of musical scores and cassette tapes of performances.

This collection relates to Sergeant Jack Rifkin who served with the 324th Infantry Regiment, 44th Infantry Division, in the European Theater of Operations during World War II. Rifkin received the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Infantry Badge. The collection includes an oral history interview transcript, military documents, newspaper, photograph of Rifkin in uniform, artifacts, and a digital compact disc recording of the award ceremony for the posthumous presentation of the Bronze Star Medal to Rifkin's family.

This collection relates to Bert Williamson Webb who served as a Captain in the U.S. Army with the 178th Ordnance Depot Company during World War II in the European Theater of Operations. Webb received a Bronze Star Medal for his service. This collection includes a manuscript memoir of Webb's World War II service in the U.S. Army, photographs, unit history with roster, and pre-war cadet booklet.

The 17th-20th Century Correspondence and Documents consists of letters, documents, and various forms of correspondence relating to notable names and celebrities from between 1618 and 1981.

This collection includes the scrapbook and journal from her bike trip, family photos, and correspondence from various stages of her life. Also included are projector slides, Sierra Club awards, an energy map of Southwest Florida, posters, bumper stickers, Happehatchee flyers, and pictures of her Florida home, which later became a part of Happehatchee. The largest part of this collection is the newspapers documenting her effort to save the planet.
