Photocopy of a memory book assembled with pictures and assorted material from Gretchen Marie F. and Leslie J. Vreeland. Photographs are primarily from Hawaii, but souvenir images of Vallejo, CA, and San Francisco are also included. Full collection of images can be found in Box 2 of collection.

Non-photographic materials from the memory book are included in this folder. This includes the following: Japanese money, newspaper clippings, a disciplinary warning for Gretchen, Commissary store instructions, an envelope and papers of an original song written by a passenger for a talent show aboard the S.S. Permanente (ship the Vreelands traveled to Hawaii on), greeting cards, menus, and a map of the area. This folder also contains the original front and back covers of the memory book, along with a registry filled out with names of friends made in Hawaii, their hometowns, and notes from the corresponding person.
