The Jean Trebbi ABC Collection contains 345 alphabet books including first editions, signed and numbered copies, artists' books, and other rare and out of print titles published between 1852 and 2009. Books from this collection are searchable in the Broward County Library Catalog with the prefix "ABC TREBBI".

Official papers, scrapbooks, political correspondence, campaign materials, financial papers, films, tapes, books, newspaper articles, pictures, cards, poetry, maps and certificates. Materials in this collection include official papers about the Florida Public Service Commission, political correspondence and other election materials for the Democratic party, Interstate Commerce Commission finance dockets related to a variety of railroad companies, railroad correspondence, materials related to buses and taxis, papers concerning motor freight, telephones in Florida, power companies serving Florida, and Florida water, sewers, canals and waterways.

The collection consists of title abstracts relating to the Rohrer's property in Tampa.  Also includes Rohrer's journal (ca. 1916 - ca.1959) which contains an account of the 1921 Tampa hurricane and an account of the flood resulting from the breaking of the Hillsborough River dam in 1933.

The Jewell Genevieve Cooper Scrapbook chronicles her years as a student at Florida State College for Women, from 1924 to 1930. The scrapbook contains many rare photographs offering a unique insight into student life during the 1930s.

J. Floyd Monk began amassing his book collection in the 1930's and continued collecting throughout his life. He was especially interested in books on Florida history, geography and wildlife. Most of his books were purchased from the used book stores he frequently visited. A large portion of his Florida book collection was compiled as part of his research while writing the two books and several articles he authored. Although his books went unpublished, several of his articles were accepted for publication. The J. Floyd Monk papers are comprised of 4 boxes of research in Florida history and boxes of music sheets. Some of his frequently addressed topics include: The Seminole War, tourism in Florida, and the history of Cedar Key, one of Monk's special interests which also served as a vacation place for his family. The sub-topics within Cedar Key that he researched include: wildlife conservation (sea turtle habitat), industry (the pencil company) and racial tensions (Rosewood Massacre). Included are the manuscripts of his scholarly articles and works of fiction.

Scrapbooks, photo albums, documents, certificates, awards, and plaques documenting the lives of Betty Lou and Jim Joanos and their involvement with FSU. Also included are FSU and FSCW items collected by Betty Lou and Jim, including postcards, graduation invitations, university publications, and artifacts such as FSCW silverware and dinnerware.

This collection contains various artifacts relating to citrus history. The bulk of the collection is made of citrus labeling, ranging from collected crate labels to can labels, correspondence on label collecting, and even a crate label stamp. It also contains information on inspections on citrus and vegetable groves, including inspector manuals and records. Finiancial and business records are also contained in this collection.
