This series includes 7 boxes of card catalogs Walter and Dorothy Donnelly created to keep track of their inventory of the book collection. The 3" x 5" index cards, arranged in alphabetical order by the author's last name in A to Z order. Each index card contains author's full name, title, edition, place of publication, publisher, publication date, purchased price, condition of the book, various notes, and acquisition information. Some of the cards have information on the back but crossed off by Donnelly.
