Personal papers including photocopies and photographs of biographical information and materials concerning the history of Pensacola Navy Yard and Warrington, Florida.

Includes account books of William O. Bearss, tax assessments, abstract titles of land, Amanda Bearss' autobiography (manuscript, photocopy and typescript form), and assorted family papers documenting the family's citrus and other agricultural enterprises, land dealings and activities.

Collection contains color postcards depicting Japanese in the late 19th/early 20th century and a Japanese sword from 1866.

The collection contains materials from the different eras that the Konsler family was involved with Florida Southern College. Rev. C.T. Howes attended the College while it was in Sutherland and later Lakeland (1921-1923) while his daughter attended the College in Lakeland (1942-1944). She was also later involved with the Alumni Association. This collection has been arranged chronologically.

The Bird and Ulmer papers consist of photocopies of correspondence, land deeds, tax papers, political and other speeches, resolutions, and papers pertaining to church, lodges, last will, accounts of executors of estates, reports of estate, division of land, and the division of enslaved people with values assigned. These papers pertain chiefly to the plantations of Bunker Hill, Nacossa, and Freelawn, which flourished before the Civil War. The majority of the papers are dated from the 1850s through the late 1800s, although a handful are from the 1920s.

In 2000, the family of Nathan Birnbaum donated his music manuscript dating from 1902-1918. Locations noted in the manuscript include: London, Neu Sandez and also Knockaloe and Douglas which were both internment camps during World War I (1914-1918). Titles are mainly in German. A few titles are in Hebrew. Music almost exclusively for Violin.  Includes marches, waltzes, polkas, mazurkas, and Jewish religious songs. There are over 130 titles, many of which are signed by one or more of the following names: Nathan Birnbaum, Z. Gohlberger, Safir Julius, and John Angeren. All compositions are handwritten; the majority appear to be original although there are some transcriptions of works by Drdla, Blumenthal, and Brahms.

Personal and business papers, 1900-1975, including legal case and collection files, 1900-1918, including those as a law agent for the Louisville and Nashville Railroad, 1914-1917; real estate transaction papers both as an administrator of real estate and trusts records of organizations and companies where Mr. Blount was an officer or director. These include records of the Bayou Chico Land Company, 1941-1963; the Children's Home Society of Florida, Pensacola branch, 1940-1955; the Crippled Children's Commission, 1930; the Federal Home Loan Bank of Greensboro, North Carolina, 1952-1956; Gulf Power Company, 1950-1968; the Institute of Government, 1946-1948; Mutual Federal Savings and Loan Association, 1920-1975; the Pensacola Rotary Club, 1940-1947; the Savage Turpentine Company, 1900-1968; the United States Savings and Loan League, 1944-1950; and the Visiting Nurse Association of Pensacola, 1944-1954.
