La colección contiene documentos personales y profesionales relacionados a Julián Peláez del Pozo, Magistrado español que sirvió en los tribunales de Ultramar en Cuba y Puerto Rico durante el siglo XIX. La colección recopila documentos personales y académicos de Julián Peláez del Pozo entre los que se encuentran su certificado de bautismo, diplomas y certificados de estudios realizados en la Universidad de Madrid. La colección también contiene una variedad de documentos relacionados con su carrera profesional y diferentes aspectos del sistema de tribunales de justicia aplicados por España en Cuba y Puerto Rico.

Collection includes Judge Terrell's official papers, speeches, newspaper articles by and about the Judge, correspondence & legal files pertaining to the Florida Bar, court rules, impeachments, campaigns, law books, bulletins, journals, & maps; most of the items are legal files, opinions and per curiams; also includes personal papers, photos, scrapbooks & memorabilia. Approximately 7,663 items including opinions and per curiams, speeches, court rules, official papers and private correspondence.

Journal reprints of scholarly writings by leading marine biologists regarding crustaceans. A very large group of invertebrates, comprising of almost 52,000 described species, crustaceans include various familiar animals, such as crabs, lobsters, crayfish, shrimp, krill and barnacles. The majority of them are aquatic, living in either marine or freshwater environments, but a few groups have adapted to life on land, such as terrestrial crabs, terrestrial hermit crabs and woodlice.

The collection consists of correspondence, financial and legal documents, including land indentures, Seminole War affidavits and real estate records.  Also included are papers from such organizations as the Sons & Daughters of the Territory of Florida, the Florida Indian War Claim Commission, and the United Confederate Veterans.  Assorted collection items include receipts, postcards, histories, journals, and scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings of the column Pioneer Florida.

Typed copies of letters and documents originating in Tallahassee, Leon County and Newnansville, Alachua County, Florida, and Paris, France pertain to land grants of General Lafayette and "grant land for the seat of government in the territory of Florida.
