The Daniel and Joan Barlow Menu Collection consists of an estimated 500 menus from restaurants, hotels, and bars, mainly located in South Florida, such as Mai-Kai, the Floridian, Jaxson's Ice Cream, and many more. The menus date from 1948 to about 2002, and are from a range of establishments from causal diners to fine dining restaurants.

The Fort Lauderdale Restaurants Postcard Collection contains four color photographic postcards of Fort Lauderdale restaurants. The collection consists of one postcard each of Creighton's restaurant and Williamson Restaurant, and two postcards of Mai-Kai.

The Josephine Olsen Menu Collection includes 40 menus from restaurants, hotels, and bars, mainly located in South Florida, including Pal's, Wolfie's, Pier 66, and others. The menus range in age from 1951 to the late 1960s, and are from a range of establishments from causal to fine dining.

The Kapok Tree Inn Restaurant Postcards contains copies of 2 postcards: one of "The Bird Room" and the other of "The Garden Room" at the Kapok Tree Inn. The Kapok Tree was located at 3501 SW 130th Avenue in Davie, now the site of the Long Key Natural Area & Nature Center.

The Mary Sue Tary Collection contains brochures, the 1926-1928 diary of John Edwin Johnson, glasses from the Kapok Tree restaraunt (circa 1970s-1980s), photographs, a 1927 Fort Lauderdale High School yearbook, and a 1940s scrapbook. The brochures incldue a 1926 developer brochure for Wilton Manors and a 1930s tourism brochure, "The Tropical Wonderland-Fort Lauderdale, Florida."
