The Arthur and Mayce Seymour Collection, in addition to containing correspondence between them, other family members, and friends, has articles written by the Seymours and many poems by Mayce. A major portion of the collection consists of photographs taken by the Seymours during their trips to India and China in the 1920s. Numerous paintings and sketches made by Mayce during these travels are also included.

Collection includes letters with holograph poems, one of which was by Ernest Dowson. Newspaper clippings, newsletters and two pictures - one of Governor John W. Martin and one of Major John W. Tench.

The David Kirby Rare Book Collection contains literature, poetry, chapbooks, and literary magazines from the 19th, 20th, and 21st century. The collection includes first edition, inscribed, and autographed volumes. Authors and poets present in the collection include Janet Burroway, Rudyard Kipling, H.E. Bates, Bin Ramke, and Thomas Hardy, as well as a run of Apalachee Review (originally Apalachee Quarterly) from 1973-1987. The collection also contains letters written to David Kirby from 1967-2016 by authors and poets including Joyce Carol Oates, Leon Edel, and Bruce Jay Friedman.

This collection includes unpublished manuscripts of several of Dr. Bellamy's publications, papers he read before various groups, verses he composed on different occasions and a collection of Christmas cards, letters and wrappings.

The collection contains items and memorabilia related to Florida State College for Women (FSCW), including a scrapbook and photographs.

The collection has been divided into eight series: Army, books, correspondence, miscellaneous, poetry, religion, University of Tampa, and photographs.The collection is comprised of autobiographies of World War I and World War II experiences, manuscripts, religious booklets, bulletins, prayers, articles, newspaper clippings, poetry, military forms, and manuals.  The collection also includes verses and poetry of Lucille Coleman.

Personal, business and family correspondence, books, business records (account books), and writing materials of George R. Fairbanks. This collection contains 1473 original material items, as well as 567 items which are copies of original materials. The collection contains biographical sketches of George Rainsford Fairbanks and his family history, his will, papers about personal matters, the Civil War, St. Augustine before and during the war, sale of enslaved peoples, photographs of Fairbanks, Charles Locke Beard, Charles Massey, and sketches of places such as a church in Palatka, Florida. There is a great deal of Civil War correspondence, including persons such as Senator David Levy Yulee and James Ormond.

Personal items of Florida State College for Women student Florence Gregory (B.A. Sociology, 1940) and Florida State University (M.S., Social Work, 1962). Items includes photographs, scrapbooks, and other ephemera related to her years as a student at FSCW/FSU.
