The collection has been divided into two series: Personal and Publications. The Personal series contains materials believed to have belonged to the subject and was organized alphabetically by subject. The Publications series contains booklets written for Wilson and Toomer Fertilizer Company by the subject and was organized chronologically by publication date.
The Frederick DeCoste Collection contains papers produced or gathered by Frederick DeCoste concerning his career and activities such as writings, correspondence, photographs, publications, and research files on Florida and Saint Augustine history.
