The collection consists of concert programs, festival flyers, recital notes, newsletters, correspondence, photographs, and newspaper articles documenting the music performance activities led by Thomas J. Cole at Broward College Central Campus from the early 1970s through the mid-2000s. Materials include documentation of annual tours, faculty and student recitals, college choir activities, collaborations with local ensembles such as the Plantation Community Chorus, and performances at Bailey Concert Hall. Several photographs feature Cole in rehearsal and performance settings with students and colleagues. Notable highlights include personal milestones, such as his appointment as department coordinator, and documentation related to Cole's retirement.
This collection comprises posters, programs, flyers, and promotional materials documenting performances, concerts, exhibitions, festivals, and special events produced by the Visual and Performing Arts Department from 2008 to 2015. Included are materials for faculty and student recitals, concert and jazz band performances, choral concerts, theatrical productions, dance festivals, annual exhibitions, and guest artist presentations. The collection visually represents the breadth and diversity of V and PA programming, as well as the evolution of graphic design in event promotion at Broward College.
