Back of inscription reads: "This is where my boss used to have his studio. I worked upstairs here for over a year. This has been condemned. Berryhill Bldg. on NW corner of N. New River Dr. + Andrews Ave, Ft. Lauderdale, looking NW. In extreme upper right hand corner can be seen edge of Sweet Bldg. Photo shows damage from Sept. 18, 1926 hurricane".
