I. Banking Materials, 1946-2020

Scope and content:

The Banking Materials series (Series I) is the largest of the four. It contains newspaper advertisements, bank newsletters, loans, leases, mortgages, insurance, miscellaneous banking items, annual reports dating from 1946 until 2020, bank emergency preparedness program, by-laws, certificates of incorporation, directors meeting minutes from 1946 until 1956, and deposit slips from July 1946 to January 1947. This series includes oversized materials consisting of ledgers, a cashier's check register, a register of drafts, and a distribution of expense accounts from 1946 until 1956. It should be noted that these banking materials, especially dated materials, do not encompass the entire bank's history. The collection does not contain copies of all the bank's annual reports, there are a few missing years
