The Hermann Riediger Materials series includes articles and newspaper clippings about Hermann Riediger, certificates from the Epicurean Club of Fort Lauderdale and Sommelier Guild of Florida, Lauderdale Beach Hotel business cards, professional photographs, pins and a patch from the Epicurean Club of Fort Lauderdale and Sommelier Guild of Florida, as well as printed materials related to the Sommelier Guild of Florida. Also included is a cookbook entitled "Chef's Gourmet Cook Book", compiled and edited by Hermann Riediger. The series is organized alphabetically.
