Cholewa, Phyllis Collection, Circa 1950s-1960s

Donated by Phyllis Cholewa in 2011, The collection consists of thirteen 8mm reels. The collection depicts the fashion show "Fabulous Furs and Sheek Chapoes" hosted by the Columbiettes (the Knights of Columbus' women's division) in Sayreville, New Jersey, various parties, Christmas celebrations, waterskiing, Halloween celebrations, Thanksgiving feasts, and Phyllis' own wedding. The footage date range is between the late 1950s through the early 1960s.
