Botkin, Gleb Correspondence, 20th Century

Biographical / historical:

Gleb Botkin was the son of Eugene Botkin, physician to the Romanov family. Eugene felt that it was his duty to accompany the Romanovs into exile upon Nicholas's abdication and the eventual takeover by the Bolsheviks, and his loyalty was rewarded by being executed with the family of which he took care. This series includes pressed flowers, a manuscript, and various letters from the possession of Gleb Botkin.
