Handmade postcard of wooden stumps in water with a dark blue border. Artist Statement: "What was formerly a bait shack on Matlacha Isle's, has turned into a jarring reminder of the pain our community has felt. Destroyed by Hurricane Ian in 2022, years later this community has yet to recoup from the destruction fully. These sawed off stilts are all that remain of this bait shack, they can be seen across the island in little gaps in the landscape."
