Biographical / historical:

The purpose for which the Hillsborough Environmental Coalition has been organized in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas are as follows: 1. To ensure the enforcement of federal, state and local environmental regulations; 2. To unify and coordinate environmentally concerned groups; and 3. To disseminate and supplement existing sources of environmental information to members, organizations, and interested persons and governmental officials at all levels.
