Biographical / historical:

The Hillsborough River Greenways Task Force is a public-private partnership whose mission it is to develop and facilitate the implementation of a regional plan for the permanent protection of the Hillsborough River watershed, with special emphasis on the Upper Hillsborough River Green Swamp corridor.
