Mission statement: To develop and facilitate the implementation of a (local, regional, state) plan for the permanent protection to all community lakes and ponds, along with all tributaries, rivers, streams, headwaters, recharge areas, wildlife corridors, habitat areas, uplands, buffers and swamps to which they flow.
