- John C. Ogden, Florida Institute of Oceanography. Traveled to Manila, Philippines to participate in a review of the Aquatic Environmental Program (AEP) of the International Center for Living Aquatic Resources Management (ICLARM). I met with Romeo Trono and Dr. Celso Roque of WWF-Philippines (Kaband Kaliksan ng Philipinas) and visited Bolinao Marine Laboratory of the University of Philippines with Professors Edgardo Gomez and Helen Yap.
